Hi Ari! Welcome to The Boss Diary. Before we begin, name 3 words that best describe you.

Creative Soul

Smiley / positive

Tell us all about your blog, Ari Here, and how you started.

Ari Here started as a place where I wanted to share my passion for photography. It was a visual diary, snippets of my daily life and inspiring quotes, but I felt that something was missing, I had a hunger of truly speaking and connecting with the few people that where following me at that time, so I decided to opened up and write from the bottom of my heart about relationships, true beauty but also travel tips and fashion trends. It has been 5 years since my very first blog post and I hope it became a space where everyone could find inspiration of how to live life to the fullest

How do you stay motivated as a Mom, Wife, and Blogger?

What a great question! Sometimes it’s really hard. Even now I’m trying to find the right balance between all of my rolls in life, but I believe the key is to practice gratitude every single day and always remembering your purpose.

To date, what has been the most memorable moment in your career?

It’s all about the people! To me it’s so cool and humbling to receive messages from girls and women from other countries or places around mexico telling me that I inspired them to pursue their dreams.

Everyone has a purpose, and it’s so refreshing to find women who are truly living their best life through their passions. How would you define your own purpose?

I love to empower women to be their best they can be helping them to find their own identity, their true beauty that comes from within, to ignite them with the fire that they need to go after their wildest dreams.   ¡We all have great potential, skills and uniqueness but sometimes we just need a push to finally shine through!

Who are some of your favorite female creatives or business women that you look up to?

So many! Joanna Stevens Gaines, Katie Torwalt, Cordelia Ruiz, Jordan Lee Dooley, Jaci Marie Smith, Zoe Sugg,

Tell me one thing that most people may not know about you.

I love to sing and I’m actually part of the worship team at my church. XD

Name one thing that your hometown city is known for that some people may not know.

You may think that in Mexico we have summer all year round but I live in the highest city of the country, therefore we get to experience some cold days to the point of having snow in the mountains. Also there’s a beautiful inactive volcano and that’s the best place to have a great hike and a day of snow.

What would the “18-year old you,” say to you today?

Oh God! *sight * You did it! I bet you remember the days you prayed for what you have now (18’ was such a hard year for me, I had a really bad breakup of a very hurtful relationship but I praise God it ended. God took me to a process of finding my true value, worth, passion and purpose.

Before you go, what is one piece of advice you would give to women out there who are mothers and want to start their own blog or business?

Just start and go for it! Timing may be tricky and perhaps never perfect but just go for it.

I know It may sound “selfish “ to pursue your own dreams now that you have such a great responsibility as it is having a baby, but you are capable to do both things and in the process you would learn sooo much.
